- Aerial view of the depot area. The RR YMCA is
at the lower left, but alongside the tracks.
- The YMCA got started in England in 1844, with the first
American Y established in Boston in 1851, and the following
year, in New York City. Not sure when the Troy Y was established.
- [Postcard of the Y for the general public, located over on First Street.]
- There was a separate YMCA just for the railroad workers
up on Broadway.

- [Prototype view c. 1917 of the rear. In the background is Troy Laundry, across the street. Valuation photo.]
- [Postcard probably c. 1910.]
- [Looking up Broadway from the grade crossing c. 1930's.]
- [Prototype color photo c. 1946, with just a portion of the Y showing.]
- [Prototype view c. '60's. Photo by Jack Waite.]
- This Jack Waite photo, c. 1960, shows the
D&H ore train returning from South Troy through
the site of the depot. The Railroad Y is on the left, with
Winkler's Hotel freshly painted in orange
and black. Troy Laundry is just to the left of Winkler's (at
this point, Cunningham's Garage.)
- Here is newsletter c. 1884 that John Stanford uncovered when
he was doing research on the Y. (Note how religious it was.)
- [Front page. Notice the depiction of the front of a loco, with all the Biblical quotes all over.]
