Missouri Pacific
- In 1949, the Missouri
Pacific had 1,197 composite HT cars in the series
63000-64199. These were the standard AAR triple dimensions of
length and height, with a capacity of 2,580. I think
these were War-Emergency triples, similar or perhaps
identical to the N&W cars listed below. I also think that
after these were rebuilt with steel sides, still with their diagonals, some were
converted to convered hoppers.
