This section includes all the cars where it looks like there is a missing rib (often at the center), or other locations. In other words, the rib spacing is uneven and the wider panels are about twice the width of the narrower panels.
Sometimes this makes sense. If the car had a large internal crossbrace in the center, there wasn't any need to stiffen the sheet steel with an external rib.
