I had been trying to write about structural kits under the appropriate architectural styles, but too many don't fit. Either they are totally engineered, so show little style, are completely made up, or the prototype fits between the cracks. So this discussion is by manufacturer and kit number.
About half of Campbell's kits are based on a specific prototype, and the other half totally freelanced. In my opinion, the freelanced ones are hideous and the reality-based ones very nice.
